Do you accept returns

Our items are all made-to-order items and are therefore non-refundable.


What if my piece is damaged?

We take extra care when packaging up all items that leave the studio but from time to time accidents happen along the way. If your piece arrives faulty or damaged please get in touch with your order details and a couple of pictures of the damage. We’ll either send another piece straight out free of charge or issue a refund.
